I have 5 dedicated servers at a datacenter. I decided to install Open Stack on them and start to provide VPS services. But I'm a little confused about how can I install it? Actually I've found many tutorials but I couldn't find any two of them same as each other. So what is the best approach to deploy open stack in my case?

What is "best" is really a question only you can answer. There are lots of options for installing OpenStack, and some of them depend on the distribution you're using. For example, if you're using Red Hat (or a derivative), you can use the RDO repository and the packstack tool to install a simple (non-HA) environment.

There is also an installer for Ubuntu, but I have no experience with that myself.

The upstream documentation has instructions for installing OpenStack manually. This is a great place to start if your goal is to learn exactly how everything fits together.
