I am trying to replicate the Netflix way of Red Black deployment where and application has two different ASG's using different images but registered to the same load balancer. Do I need to create a separate stack for the two ASG's or can I have more than 1 ASG in the same stack? Here's the link to the slide: Please slide # 11. Cluster in this case would be the stack in Heat

Answering my own question. Apparently it's possible to have multiple ASG's for one stack. I am now trying to assign multiple load balancers to each of these ASG's but not being able to assign it. I will post my yaml template soon to provide more details for the issue I am facing
