I'm an educator and would like some help in my search for resources that guide beginners to private clouds through the process of installing OpenStack. The goal is to build a private cloud that presents the facility to provision VMs from a web interface that offers a number of templates. The hypervisor underlying OpenStack will be Hyper-V 2012 R2.

Presently, I use the OpenStack training guides (January 7th, 2015) but I'm eager to learn about what others are doing.
