cloud-init failure with metadata and multiple network

I am using rdo packstack juno on centos 7 If used only one private network and external network it is ok, If i try to add another network network i get the following error in cloud-init-output.log

Here is the display of the network in the dashboard image description

The problematic message in cloud-init 2015-01-14 16:11:53,787 - url_helper.py[WARNING]: Calling 'http://169.254.169.254/2009-04-04/meta-data/instance-id' failed [2/120s]: unexpected error ['ConnectionError' object has no attribute 'response']

If i add a router between external network and the new "my_network_open_stack_name" and add to the subnet the dns name server it solve the error

  1. Why do i need to do that?
