Error 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Do you have http_proxy environment variable set and forcing all request to go to your proxy?

Can you run nova --debug list and paste the output.

You have your environment set to talk to . Why?

Run echo $http_proxy and you will see. Unset the variable, export http_proxy="". Rerun nova list.
