Where can I find information that can help me create a Stack through Horizon? Specifically, I'd like to know what template data needs to be put into the Direct Input field as well as Environment direct input field.
You can read about Heat Orchestartion in detail on this link. Let me tell you a little bit about it. If you want to make a stack from horizon you need to provide a template. You can provide it either in file form or using direct input. A wordpress single instance template is given here. You can either download this file and give it as a input or you can copy and paste it by selecting the direct input option from the drop-down list. Moreover see this video. It may help you.
That did the trick. However, I think there is an issue with my environment because I keep getting a 504 Gateway Time-out when I submit it.
You need to see that, why its causing timeout issue, alternatively you can provision a heat stack using CLI. Thats pretty easy.
Yes, provisioning through CLI is another option, however, I'm contributing to Horizon to help improve the operators overall experience who don't rely heavily on the CLI.
