Does Stackalytics have API to report data for a specific period?

For example, data in December 2014.

Yes it does. API contains 2 parameters to specify the time period: start_date and end_date , both are UNIX timestamps ( http://stackalytics.readthedocs.org/en/latest/userdoc/api_v1.0.html#other-query-parameters (http://stackalytics.readthedocs.org/e...) )

Example: http://stackalytics.com/api/1.0/activity?metric=commits&module=nova&start_date=1420070400&end_date=1420588800 (http://stackalytics.com/api/1.0/activ...) - get all commits into Nova during the first week of 2015
