I am trying to create domians following the tutorial suggested in this tutorial https://www.mirantis.com/blog/manage-openstack-projects-using-domains-havana/.After (https://www.mirantis.com/blog/manage-...) I change the deafult policy.json in keystone to policy.v3cloudsample.json as suggested in the tutorial, I start getting errors unable retrive user list, unable retrive project list in the dashboard?

I'm afraid, it is not going to work with that instruction. They are using OS_SERVCE_TOKEN which is sort of global admin to invoke that operation.

If you want to use policy.v3cloudsample.json as it is, then you need to use domain scoped token. BTW how are you listing the domains/tenants?

Can you copy paste the full command? If your command rely on environment variable paste the environment variable too? If you are using service_token make sure that your keystone.conf has the same service token
