Dear All,

I have a lab setup of Openstack IceHouse Release. I had followed the official openstack docuemtnation. Everything was working fine as expected. After a few days, when I loggin to the horizon using user DEMO and trying to create an instance it throws me an error in the dash board

"Error: Unauthorized. Please try logging in again."

I am getting the continuous warning in the keystone.log

search this site, there are a lot of possible explanations and plenty of suggestions on where to look for the root cause

I would have suggested to export the correct key file but you will be already be doing it , check the password/ reset it and then see if you are able to .

@rishi I dont think its because of Password. I can login and able to do all the jobs, except deploy a virtual machines. Any way i will do as you adviced.

I had the same problem and surprisingly it was indeed caused by incorrect credentials. In my case I had in /etc/nova/nova.conf:

[keystone_authtoken]
admin_user = nova
admin_tenant_name = service
admin_password = XXXXX

and my problem was that I should have there:

admin_tenant_name = services

Note the trailing "s". So make sure that all three values are correctly.
