cannot ping the tenant router from external network

hello all, we are having trouble reaching the tenant router from external hosts. we are folloing the openstack installetion guide from this site, in phase 6 -> create initial networks-> verify connectivity.

thank you for your help!

this is some of our observation: **note that ubuntuserver1 is the network node and ubuntuserver2 is the controller..

The problem was that the br-ex was linked to a wrong eth port..
