At CERN, we're using ceilometer to centralise non-Openstack accounting records from our batch system. We use the REST API to load records from our Platform LSF batch system. This allows us to centralise accounting records into a single technology.

Details are at http://www.slideshare.net/noggin143/ceilometer-lsfintergrationopenstacksummit
