In the hypervisor support matrix, is saids xenserver can be used as compute node. But in neutron plugin matrix support matrix as follows.

http://docs.openstack.org/admin-guide-cloud/content/section_plugin-arch.html

The are only one plugin can be used for xenxerver for juno. What is the recomendation network for xenserver6.2 compute node? Does this mean we can not use neutron networking but to use nova-network if we choose xenserver 6.2?

If it is anything like VMware type configurations you'll have to use nova-network with flat DHCP. Otherwise it looks like there is support for VMware NSX.

You were right in your assumption. I would see what benefits you would get from NSX and then compare it to your use case. If NSX doesn't work for you then start using nova-network.
