like we have bridge mappings for the provider network, where we specify the bridge_mappings = physnet1:br-ex,physnet2:br-eth1 and make them available is there a possibility to have similar config for mapping specific tenant network to specific nic.

You'll want to present a use case. Do you have a valid use case where you have to do this? You could instead just configure networks for each tenant and use Neutron + VLAN then tag their network with the ID you want. Then you can monitor traffic based on VLANs instead of a single NIC.

Then you can use a segment ID when creating the network to assign it to the VLAN of your choice.
