All neutron commands returns http 404 [closed]

[root@controller ~]# neutron  ext-list
Not Found (HTTP 404)

How do I go to debug this ?

Which OpenStack version? Did you try other neutron command like neutron agent-list etc?

You should verify if the neutron endpoint is created correctly. I would suggest you to delete the existing neutron user, service, endpoint and recreate them carefully following the Openstack Installation docs.
