Hi there.

I have an issue with free space to create a new volume. Whenever I try to make a new volume I got this message in cinder.log:

ERROR [cinder.scheduler.filters.capacity_filter] Free capacity not set: volume node info collection broken.
WARNING [cinder.scheduler.filters.capacity_filter] Insufficient free space for volume creation (requested / avail): 50/5.0
ERROR [cinder.scheduler.manager] Failed to schedule_create_volume: No valid host was found.

Here are the output of vgdisplay command from the storage host:

root@host2:~# vgdisplay
  /dev/sdj: read failed after 0 of 4096 at 0: Input/output error
  /dev/sdj1: read failed after 0 of 2048 at 0: Input/output error

There are also a problem with /dev/sdj and /dev/sdj1 devices. I've got I/O errors for this devices in the logs also but there are no such devices in fdisk -l otput. So my decision was to make another block storage service node. I'm operating grizzly release here but it seems like there are no grizzly documentation and manuals in official site. That's why I'm using http://docs.openstack.org/havana/install-guide/install/apt/content/cinder-node.html (this guide). However there already is a block storage service node so I've copied cinder.conf and api-paste.ini from that node.

Anyhow I've completed all steps according to havana guide and i've achieved no success. I'm still unable to create new volumes and looks like the controller node doesn't see new block storage service node. This new node is a virtual machine with 2 Tb disk:
