In launchpad, I have assigned a bug to me for which patch was submitted and after review changes were required but patch was abandoned. I want to work on this bug but I am not sure for the procedure.

Please let me know how can pick up this?

I have two queries mainly- 1. How to commit my changes because when I tried to commit, it conflicts because of same bug ID as previous? 2. Will new gerrit review initiated or in old review I have to submit the changes.

I guess there would be two options: either you start with a totally new changeset and follow the normal Gerrit Workflow or you take over the existing change. The best path depends on how far back the abandoned patch was originally produced, how simple it is to rebase it, etc. If you edit your question and provide more precise references I can probably help you.

Thanks for the response!! Previouly I was doing some mistake. Now, I am anle to create new review (new changeset) for my changes.
