Hi I want to install icehouse using devstack but i don't have the internet connectivity to github. I have local ubuntu repository for 12.04. Is there any way to configure so devstack will use this repo istead of Github while installation using devstack.

In stackrc file you change the git repositories of each and every project in OpenStack. You can point those to you local repository instead of external Github repository.

And also set "OFFLINE=TRUE" in localrc file.

Hello,

In the ./stack.sh script, I think that you can set OFFLINE=true to run without Internet access. But as the script looks for installed packets and if they are up-to-date, maybe you have to run it one time with an Internet access anyway. take a look in http://docs.openstack.org/developer/d... , "Common Configuration."

Common Configuration Set OFFLINE to True to configure stack.sh to run cleanly without Internet access. stack.sh must have been previously run with Internet access to install prerequisites and fetch repositories.

Hope it helps a bit

cheers
