How to configure Cinder such that instance and the volumes are co-located on the same server

You need availability zones and install and configure cinder-volume on each compute node and then you create one availability zone for each compute+cinder node on your stack.

Do you have any steps to do that.. i mean creating availability zone for each compute+cinder.. what is the second link by the way? i am not able to open it

but the problem i am facing to create AZ for cinder. i have installed cinder-volume in compute and edited cinder.conf and added the storage zone.. but still i have just one nova zone for cinder :(
