I am looking for a monitoring agent that is integrated with Openstack. I am trying to use

Monasca

, but unable to find a proper installation guide. Currently I have a devstack installation on Ubtuntu 14.04, with monasca-ui integrated in the horizon tab, there are two other services namely monasca-common, and monasca-agent How are they integrated ? How to get notification from Monasca ?

A simple step by step guide would be hepful .

currently monasca is not integrated with openstack, you have to deploy it separately. If you are deploying for a demo purpose then you can use vagrant.

I have started configuring monasca and found that openstack is compulsory for configuration and it is using keystone for authentication . But in my scenario i do not want to use openstack and key stone instead i want to use ldap for authentication will it be possible ? or not
