rdo packstack installation fail [closed]

I am installing openstack rdo IceHose using answerfile but during the neutron setup getting below error.                    [ ERROR ]
Applying Puppet manifests                         [ ERROR ]
ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run:
Error: Could not prefetch neutron_network provider 'neutron': Execution of '/usr/bin/neutron net-list --format
=csv --column=id --quote=none' returned 1: Connection to neutron failed: (403, 'Forbidden')

OS: CentOS 6.5 1 x controller, 1 x compute

I changed following because this env is behind proxy.

It was proxy issue. if http_proxy is not enable, glance error was being output.

I see that you say you're installing Icehouse, but I wonder if you're using the packstack quickstart, which is currently pointing at Juno packages. Can you clarify? Also, do you have any log file messages that you can share?

I used icehouse repo (yum install https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-icehouse/rdo-release-icehouse-4.noarch.rpm (https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/...) ). because juno is probably required centos7. I'll add some update later about the log.
