I have server that has 128GB of RAM and I want to be able to use most of it with Openstack instances.

When I try to change my quota:

nova quota-update --user myuser --ram 108000 mytenant

I get:

ERROR: Quota limit must be less than 51200.

My current absolute limit is:

maxTotalRAMSize | 51200

How can change my absolute limits to allow usage of more than 51GB of RAM? Openstack version is Icehouse and it is installed to Ubuntu 14.04.

Have you tried to use Horizon web interface to update this?

I have server that has 32GB of physical RAM and with over-commit RAM, I get 48GB of RAM to assign to VM Instance create by OpenStack.

That seems to have worked but it also raised error: "Error: Modified project information and members, but unable to modify project quotas." Amount of available RAM was increased anyway so I everything seems to be OK.

As pointed out in the comment, this can be changed from Horizon:

Admin -> Identity panel -> Projects -> More
