A server with 32 Core and 64 Threads, what OpenStack will see in Hypervisor Summary VCPUs (total)?

With default cpu_allocation_ratio 1:16,

Will that be 32x16 = 512 vCPU or 64 x 16 = 1024 vCPU?

Read FAQ before posting question and search the site. This is not specific to openstack and post only issues with Openstack, so contributors can look-into.

For quick test, install Devstack and see. It depends upon how many you assign ie 32.
