Confusion on Helion OpenStack Community Virtual Install Guide

Step: "Starting the undercloud, overcloud, and test guest VM", on sub-step 2 "Set the following environment variables: OVERCLOUD_NTP_SERVER - Use this variable to set the IP address of an NTP server accessible on the public interface for overcloud hosts. OVERCLOUD_NEUTRON_DVR - Use this variable to disable Distributed Virtual Routers (DVR). By default, the overcloud is configured for Distributed Virtual Routers If this behaviour is not desirable, set the value to 'False"

My question is, are these steps necessary? or just wrong copy from baremetal installation guide?

BTW, there is no "hp_ced_host_manager.sh" file in /tripleo/tripleo-incubator/scripts ...

You are right even I did not find hp_ced_host_manager.sh script either in the /root/triplo path from ubuntu on in seed.

Also, for test guest vm you do not need the ntp configuration (Thats only for baremetal).
