In my nova-compute.conf, virt_type is kvm.

I remove all qemu, kvm installed and reinstall nova-compute-kvm. It works well.

to check kvm,qemu installed packages:

dpkg --get-selections | grep qemu dpkg

dpkg--get-selections | grep kvm

remove all kvm,qemu pakages

apt-get install nova-compute-kvm
