It can be download from the following link:

  1. Enable the pop-up on your browser
  2. Click on the Free button
  3. Register(Sign-Up) to HP-Web-UI and download will be started.

The installation documentation.

Unfortunatly, I think there is no direct link to git-clone the source code, and you have to download the pre-installed version. The file is so large(5Gb) becasue it contains all of the machine images required for the seed VM, the undercloud, the overcloud, and a guest VM image.

See the HP Helion github page. The page contains a link that redirect the user to the above download page.

You can download development platfrom.

I'm asking about the source and not the installation package and on the github page there is only a link to the download page.

Yes, but the source code itself is not available. This is the HP policy. As I said, you can download the install package and check(or change if you want) the source codes(scripts). The most of the HP heilon is based on openstack. So you can download the openstack source code if you want cloud core

HP is using his own TripleO and some closed source code for so call value-added components on top of OpenStack core and that's not really what the open minded community is looking for. Nevertheless thanks for your kind feedback.
