How do I enable the "OS-KSCATALOG" admin extension to Keystone?

I have found references to enabling the extension through the keystone.conf file (sudo openstack-config --set /etc/keystone/keystone.conf DEFAULT extensions osksadm, oskscatalog), but this does not seem to work. I am listing enabled extensions on both port 5000 and 35357 (GET /v2.0/extensions) but this extension is not available.

Any information on how to enable this extension is appreciated.

Can you please let us know why do you need that extensions? Also can you paste your GET /v2.0/extension.

osksadm is enabled by default in keystone. I don't see any code for os-kscatalog in keystone. Just curious to know how did you enable it? Output of GET /v2.0/extension will be helpful
