What NAT options does Quantum/Neutron provide?

Looks like the Floating IP architecture primarily provides NAT capabilities. Can you explain what NAT options are available with Neutron? Can I use a solution like PAT? I see only one-to-one mapping.

The functionality provided by the l3-agent is outlined here.

In addition to the floating-ip functionality, the l3-agent also provides a SNAT gateway that enables IP addresses on an internal subnet to make connections out when they do not have a floating IP associated. This is a many-to-one mapping.
