Hi all,

In Horizon, in the Image list view (project dashboard), I would like to split the image list in "N" HTML tables. Right now, all the images are in the same HTML table. I want to split this unique HTML table y "N" HTML tables.

  • How can I do that?
  • Maybe pre-processing (grouping) the images in _data_table.html file?

Use case: I have images only for Ubuntu, Windows and Cirros. All the image names start by <flavor>.MajorVersion.MinorVersion, example, Ubuntu.12.04. In that case, I want 3 (N=3) HTML tables (one per flavor) because I have 3 flavors (Ubuntu, Windows and Cirros).

I think that Horizon TemplateLoader https://github.com/openstack/horizon/... could be useful for customizing and re-defining specific views. I think in Icehouse anybody is using this loader.

As this is a dev question, I would suggest you to get on to the Horizon IRC channel (#openstack-horizon) !
