Is Quantum needed for a test enviroment, would everything work with nova-network?

Is it possible to disable the Dashboard Network tab to avoid the error?

Thank you

Horizon looks at the keystone catalogue to determine what services are available. If there are no service of type "networking" (that is, Quantum), the Network link won't be displayed. Horizon supports working with nova-network just fine.

If you're not running Quantum, makes sure its endpoint is not set up in the keystone catalogue, this should fix your test environment.

Thank you for your answer! I allready did remove network service with keystone service-remove <serviceid> keystone endpoint-remove <endpointid> But network is still available in dashboard. Is there another service entry i need to remove?

Oh, you would probably need to log out then log in again to see the effect. Glad you resolved it!
