    qdhcp-5d3da7e4-9780-40a3-8b41-8f2b095d1865

Correct commands

ip netns exec qdhcp-4257ce7c-14f8-414f-920a-ab0f5060e30b ifconfig
ip netns exec qdhcp-5d3da7e4-9780-40a3-8b41-8f2b095d1865 ifconfig

Decide which one match your private subnet ( say first ) and try

ip netns exec qdhcp-4257ce7c-14f8-414f-920a-ab0f5060e30b ping -c 5 fixed-ip-of-deployed-vm
