I allready use provided OpenStack and I want to in a virtual machine Ubuntu set nested OpenStack and till now I have only one node (one virtual machine).

I do not now how is possible that DevStack is Icehouse one node istallation?

Yes, you can set up OpenStack with devstack with a single node. This is a common starting point for people who are just starting to work with OpenStack.

You can also use packstack for one node installation.

Can I manually install one node Icehouse just to get familiar with configurations and make some test (launch some instances)?

You mean, without using devstack? Sure. Devstack doesn't do anything you can't do on your own. I believe the official documentation includes manual install instructions that you should be able to follow.

If I make one node installation (without swift, neutron, ceilometer, heat, trove) do I need messaging server RabbitMQ?

Nova components communicate using an amqp server (either qpid or rabbitmq), so yes, that is required.
