I want to learn openstack through training or some video course ? Are there any good openstack online courses for low price ? is there any one who can provide online openstack training for a novice ?

If there are online courses on OpenStack those will be listed on the Openstack Marketplace in its Training section.

Questions about professional services are off-topic for this site.

There are some Openstack courses available, but I don't know of any online courses. Perhaps others will. I can tell you what I did to learn Openstack.

I did an actual install. Follow the guides at docs.openstack.org and youll be up and running inside of a day with a cluster.

Once you have installed it I would then recommend the Openstack Ops Guide as it will give you a very good understanding of Openstack in my opinion.

With those two tasks under your belt you should be well on your way to working with and understanding Openstack.
