I'm setting cloud using OpenStack and I tried to disable the firewalld, then got an error. firewalld: unrecognized service.

Then I disabled the firewall by running 'setup' command. Is there any separate firewalls for both network and system ?

Can you please see below links:

  1. yum install firewalld
  2. systemctl start firewalld
  3. systemctl status firewalld -l

Thank you. I have 1 more doubt, firewalld is required to setup the cloud using openstack ? When I try to launch the instance, it shows an error. ERROR: The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation. (HTTP 500)
