Automatically configure my second interface of my guest vm while creating vm openstack

when i create a vm with multiple network, the vm's are not getting the IP's automatically expect for the first nic. how to Automatically configure other interface of my guest vm to get ip while creating vm.

it may not happen in cirros, so make sure dhcp is fine and try as suggested by dbaxps with std cloud images: https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/

It might be done as pre launching procedure Setup QCOW2 standard CentOS 7 cloud image to work with 2 VLANs on IceHouse ML2&OVS&GRE System

Notice, that same schema would work for any F20 or Ubuntu QCOW2 cloud images via qemu-nbd mount and increasing number of NICs interface files up to 2,3,...
Approach suggested up here  is universal. Any cinder volume been built up on
updated glance image ( 2 NICs ready ) would be 2 NICs ready as well
