There are lots of ways to get started. Consult http://docs.openstack.org and ask here questions with specific problems you're having (read https://ask.openstack.org/faq )

You can create one controller node and two compute nodes. first create all in one setup then add compute nodes using packstack which easy and fast.

You can refer to packstack: https://openstack.redhat.com/Quickstart

When after AIO install you will update answer-file for compute Node deployment make sure , that for IceHouse ML2&OVS&VXLAN setup your multi node deployment answer file contains :-

CONFIG_NEUTRON_L2_PLUGIN=ml2
CONFIG_NEUTRON_METADATA_HOSTS=192.168.1.127
CONFIG_NEUTRON_METADATA_PW=227f7bbc8b6f4f74
############################################
CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_TYPE_DRIVERS=vxlan
CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_TENANT_NETWORK_TYPES=vxlan
############################################
CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_MECHANISM_DRIVERS=openvswitch
CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_FLAT_NETWORKS=*

In my case after AIO RDO install (done just now) on fedora 20 this fragment looks like :-

    CONFIG_NEUTRON_L2_PLUGIN=ml2
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_METADATA_PW=0509cbf1d897480a
    CONFIG_LBAAS_INSTALL=n
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_METERING_AGENT_INSTALL=n
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_FWAAS=n
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_TYPE_DRIVERS=vxlan
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_TENANT_NETWORK_TYPES=vxlan
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_MECHANISM_DRIVERS=openvswitch
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_FLAT_NETWORKS=*
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_VLAN_RANGES=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_TUNNEL_ID_RANGES=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_VXLAN_GROUP=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_ML2_VNI_RANGES=10:100
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_L2_AGENT=openvswitch
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_LB_TENANT_NETWORK_TYPE=local
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_LB_VLAN_RANGES=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_LB_INTERFACE_MAPPINGS=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TENANT_NETWORK_TYPE=vxlan
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_VLAN_RANGES=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_BRIDGE_MAPPINGS=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_BRIDGE_IFACES=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TUNNEL_RANGES=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TUNNEL_IF=
    CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_VXLAN_UDP_PORT=4789
