First create file :
 $ cat >> ~/keystonerc_admin <<EOF
  export OS_USERNAME=admin
  export OS_TENANT_NAME=admin
  export OS_PASSWORD=xxxxxxx
  export OS_AUTH_URL=http://Controller-IP:35357/v2.0/
  export PS1='[\u@\h \W(keystone_admin)]\$ '
Then run
# source keystonerc_admin
Try to create service end point
