Hi everyone,

I was setting up the Opensource CRM Tool openCRX. When I am executing the simple script to start HSQLDB on port 9001 the process gets terminated due to an error. I asked for help in the openCRX support forum. Someone tried to help by finding the cause of the error. His advice was to contact the openstack community.

I am using an Openstack instance with 2 VCPU, 4GB RAM and Ubuntu 14.04.1 Cloud installed.

The console output after trying to start the openCRX server is:

ubuntu@opencrx:~/opencrx/data/hsqldb$ ./db.sh run

I would really really appreciate any input to this issue since I could not find anything relevant by crawling the net.

Hi, Not sure how far this info can help you. Port 9001 is a port used by Openstack DNSaaS(DNS As A Service). But if you are running the CRM in a instance in Openstack it should not affect you. And if you are not using that services also that should not affect you.
