Hello, I am trying to install openstack on two nodes. controller-compute. They are running centos. I am on the testing part, so I don't have a public subnet. I am trying to make it work only with private IPs. Is it possible? Also, I have only 2 interfaces on both of them and I don't know how to configure the .../network-scripts/ifcfg-eth* Any suggestions?

In sample bellow management and public network are the same . Each node has only 2 NICS. Samples of OVS bridge br-ex && OVS port p37p1 (Fedora 20) here

I am not using packstack, but the openstack guide for centos. Just a question: the configuration for br-ex I do in manually by adding the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-br-ex file? Or openstack does that job when I type ovs-vsctl add-port br-ex eth1?

Create files under /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ it should be enough. If ovs-vsctl show still doesn't show OVS port , then run add-port br-ex eth0
