By default Openstack comes with OVS which is virtual router and doesn't support, please follow this link: http://openvswitch.org/

If needed you can use any propriety router with all protocol support and with its own plugin or ML2.

nit: OVS is not a virtual router

Neutron virtual routers don't support these protocols.

at least the open source implementation does not. Don't know if there are any vendor plugins that do.

One option would be to use provider networks with real (non Neutron) routers that do support these protocols. Or run routers in VMs.
