What is the correct command-line syntax for setting a binding profile?

The following examples don't work (in Icehouse):

$ neutron port-create --name P4 4 --binding:profile foo=1
Invalid input for binding:profile. Reason: 'foo=1' is not a dictionary.
$ neutron port-create --name P4 4 --binding:profile '{"foo":1}'
Invalid input for binding:profile. Reason: '{"foo":1}' is not a dictionary.

It could work this way: neutron port-create --name test c9c68222-c824-4aba-9412-a7ee4f43e9e6 -- --binding:profile type=dict foo=1
