Hi - We are using ssbench to do some performance tests and the observation is as below -

1 Proxy node, 3 storage nodes. Seperate node for load tool (ssbench)

1) RF = 3, Only Create, 0.5 MB files. TPS = 119/s 2) RF = 1, Only Create, 0.5 MB files. TPS = 353/s

If I understand correctly, writes work on Quorum and they are send concurrently to all nodes. So why is there such a difference in the TPS between RF=3 and RF=1 ? Shouldn't the difference be only the latency to wait for quorum to succeed ?

Thanks, Kanwar Sangha
