Hi, I need to know whether can we add remote compute which is in other office (US) to the current deployment of Icehouse (India). If so possible, how to achieve that ? Some knowledge tips pls.

Or a remote Controller+Compute to add with our deployment ?

Icehouse Neutron.

Is this possible through "Trusted Compute Pools" or "Regions" ?

Yes, it's possible. Read the documentation and books, like the Operations Guide, look for the concepts around 'availability zones'.

Yes that's adding compute to available zone and making it available for booting. But that can be done if i have compute's in my network easily. Usually nova automatically detects compute in it's network.

How to add that remote server as a compute ? How to access remote compute network by nova?

Actually my question becomes, how to add compute in another network ?

I believe as long as the public ip's are routed properly to local ip's of compute server and the database is reachable, we can add any compute node at any place to current deployment. Am i right in this ?
