I have installed All-in-one OpenStack node. Do I need to disable nova-services from this node and add compute node having only nova services running pointing to controller node ?

How to disable nova-compute services ?

Your controller node will sit on the OpenStack node iteself, no need to disable the nova services.

In order to add additional compute nodes, please refer http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/apt/content/installing-additional-compute-nodes.html
