hello

Even i encountered the same problem till glance all working good.

the solution for this is that your endpoints are not proper check keystone endpoint-list

for nova service you might have made a mistake in creating endpoint. to fix that first delete the existing nova endpoint by typing the command

nova endpoint-delete ENDPOINT_ID (check wheather it is deleted or not)

then type keystone service-list

you must be able to get the id corresponding to the nova service copy it

then type

keystone endpoint-create --service-id=NOVA-ID FROM SERVICE-LIST --publicurl=http://controller:8774/v2/%(tenant_id)s --internalurl=http://controller:8774/v2/%(tenant_id)s --adminurl=http://controller:8774/v2/%(tenant_id)s

type in the same format by changing controller to your IP.

i think you might have missed tenant_id's in that command.

and parallely check /var/log/nova-conductor.log where sometimes it may shows error 5672 socket address. give a try and let me know did it work or not.

Hi Pradeepnaik, getting below error. [root@compute nova]# systemctl start openstack-nova-compute.service

Job for openstack-nova-compute.service failed. See 'systemctl status openstack-nova-compute.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details.

IN log at /var/log/nova/nova-compute.log

hey kishore check for the /var/log/nova-conductor.log

nova-conductor is the one which connects nova to the keystone. and make sure the appropriate entries are made in the database.
