How to setup two virtual router

Hi im using openstack neutron with 3 nodes and its works perfectly with one virtual router that is connected to ext-net and internal interface.My question is it possible to add more virtual router?

Yes it's possible. If you would create new tenant && new private network for this tenant.
Set up new router , internal interface to created private network and gateway to ext-net

Thank you for the quick reply, my apology for not being specific on my above question, I mean to add more virtual router and connected to the same ext-net and internal interface so that the virtual routers act as a load balancer.
