Is VM relocation(relocation from one host to another) possible in openstacK?

When you do relocation will the FilterScheduler (Nova Scheduler) be called (host passes method)?

VM migration (relocation) is supported in OpenStack. You need to configure your environment for live migration to work (refer [1]). Refer [2] for how to migrate an instance.

In my opinion, VM relocation is cold migrate, nova migrate. nova migrate will call FilterScheduler to select the host.
