Helion OpenStack is itself a Hypervisor or required other Hypervisor like vmware

as other HP Cloud applications required a hyper-visor layer for VM Deployment (e.g vmknware ESXi, MS Hyper-v...) if possible share any diagram in which hypervisor layer show and also Helion OpenStack show where it's exist

As far as i understand, Helion is not a hypervisor. It is an orchestration software just like openstack or cloudstack. It is a customized openstack version from HP.

Helion Openstack it self is not HyperVisor. You can use KVM/ESXi (Vmware) Hypervisors.

If you are speaking about HP Helion Openstack Community Edition - there is KVM Hypervisor installed by default
