Environment - RDO HAVANA - iSCSI connection - DM-Multipath enable

[1].Two Volume is attached to the VM instance. /dev/sdb and /dev/sdc are found on Compute node.

[2].detach /dev/sdc

[3]./dev/sdc is not deleted on Compute node /dev/sdc status is failed faulty. Why is not the device file(/dev/sdc) deleted?

Have you tried this scenario again with either Icehouse or Juno releases of RDO?
