Authorization Failed: Unable to establish connection to http://192.0.2.1:5000/v2.0/tokens

I was trying install helion and the installer exits with the below error .

May be you hit this defect:  https://review.openstack.org/#/c/96515. 

Just try hp_ced_installer.sh one more time. If that doesnt work, login to the see node, login to mysql, drop keystone database, do keystone-mange and then try hp_ced_installer.sh.  Provided you are using default credentials

$ssh  root@192.0.2.1
$ mysql -u keystone -punset
Mysql>  drop keystone
Mysql> exit
$keystone-manage db-sych
$exit
root@hLinux:~# bash -x ~/tripleo/tripleo-incubator/scripts/hp_ced_installer.sh
