Devstack Icehouse Installation [closed]

Hi I am doing a single node Openstack installation on Ubuntu 13.04 server.

While Creating image it throws the following error Error finding address for http://10.98.241.206:9292//v1/images : [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer.

What might be the problem?
